Truman Waterfront Update

The Key West Citizen covers the Waterfront Park traffic issue as news and in an editorial today.

One detects a softening of TAMPOA's position in the following excerpt from the Citizen editorial:
Representatives of the homeowners association at Truman Annex told The Citizen they were willing to work on a plan to fairly distribute traffic into and out of the Truman Waterfront area, with an emphasis on walking and biking. That's what we've talking about all along. I do believe that the talk of eminent domain might have something to do with TAMPOA's more tractable stance.

We're talking compromise on the Bahama Village side of the TAMPOA fences too. Maybe there's a chance.
