Fleet's In!

U.S. Navy Guided Missile Frigate USS Laboon is tied up this morning at the inner mole pier, next to the cruise ship Imagination on the outer mole. In front of those two, the Enchantment of the Seas is docked at the Westin Pier. While they were here the streets were bustling, but both are leaving in the early afternoon.

The Laboon carries a ship's company of over three hundred. If they remain in port overnight, at least half the crew should have liberty, putting more feet on the streets for the beginning of the weekend. It won't be like the old days, but will be a little reminiscent of them.

All hands going on liberty report to the Officer of the Deck!

Sorry but this ship is the Samuel B. Roberts an FFG out of Mayport. It is always nice to get one's facts straight before publishing.
